AP3K does not currently offer a native Zapier app with account-wide contact event triggers. You can send data from an AP3K flow using its External request / Zapier action.
Supported trigger behavior
A request is sent when a published flow reaches the External request / Zapier node. You control where that step sits and which fields it sends.
No account-wide event subscription
- Creating a contact does not automatically fire a native AP3K Zapier event.
- Changing an email, phone number, tag, or custom field does not automatically fire a native event.
- A webhook node in one flow does not observe changes made elsewhere.
Build the event into the flow
Place the request after collecting a reply, setting a field, or adding a tag. Include an event label in your JSON body if the receiver needs to distinguish different steps.
