AP3K does not have account-wide queue pause, resume or clear buttons. To stop a campaign, turn off the relevant automation from the Automations list.
Pause an automation
- Select the Instagram account that owns it.
- Open Automations and find the campaign.
- Turn the automation off.
- Make and review your changes before activating it again.
Turning it off prevents new processing. Delivery workers also check active status before resuming eligible work. A message already handed to Instagram cannot be recalled this way.
What happens to scheduled work
Inactive or ineligible work can be cancelled when a worker checks it. Do not treat turning an automation off as a temporary account-wide queue hold with a guaranteed replay later. Reactivating it does not guarantee that previously cancelled messages will be sent.
If the wrong message was published
Deactivate the automation first, correct the content and inspect affected conversations in Inbox. Review the trigger and test the replacement before restarting. There is no Clear queue command in AP3K to cancel all account messages with one click.
Keep public replies without a DM
For a basic post automation, use its supported DM controls when you want public replies without direct messages. See Disable direct messages for the relevant editor.
