What counts as an automated action
Each successful automated public comment reply and each successful DM counts as an action. A campaign that sends both can consume more than one action per person.
AI previews and publishing
Free users can generate bounded AI reply previews and samples. Publishing an automation with AI replies requires a paid plan. Turn AI off and write manual replies to publish within the Free plan limits.
Choosing a plan
- Free: test and run a small campaign on one Instagram account.
- Pro: more actions, AI replies, up to three Instagram accounts, and lead export.
- Business: higher shared allowances and up to ten Instagram accounts.
Check usage before a campaign
Open Billing in your workspace to review your subscription and usage. An unlimited automation count does not mean unlimited message sending: action allowances and Instagram delivery requirements still apply.
