Rebuild the logic of your Instagram automations in AP3K. There is no automatic import of a ManyChat flow, and features from other channels do not transfer.
Map the main steps
| Existing automation step | AP3K equivalent |
|---|---|
| Comment keyword | Post automation with keywords or Any Comment |
| Public comment reply | Manual reply variations or AI public replies |
| Opening DM | Opener message |
| Resource link | Message with CTA link button |
| Email or phone question | Collect info |
| Delay and follow-up | Delay controls and follow-up settings |
| Story response | Story automation |
| Incoming DM keyword | Chat automation |
| Branches, tags, fields | Flow builder nodes |
Start with one working path
Create an Instagram comment-to-DM automation. Begin with a single post, one clear trigger, and one useful DM. Test it before adding collection, follow-ups, or branches.
Review differences
- AP3K focuses on Instagram; Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, and email broadcasts are not equivalent automation channels here.
- Comment triggers use configured keyword matching or Any Comment; do not assume an intent-matching rule was imported.
- AP3K does not backtrack comments posted before activation.
- DM button limits and supported layouts are enforced by the AP3K editor.
- Native Zapier contact event subscriptions and external MCP clients are not supported. Explicit flow webhooks are available.
Test from another account
Publish the reviewed automation and run each path from a second Instagram account. Confirm collection saves to the correct contact, CTA links open correctly, and only the intended replies are sent.
