A migration is complete when the rebuilt automations have been tested end to end. Check real delivery before retiring the previous workspace.
Test from a second Instagram account
Comment the keyword from another account and follow the complete path: public reply, opener, button, DM, collection, and any follow-up. Repeat for every campaign and branch you rebuilt. Check the correct contact receives saved information.
Handle comments from the changeover
AP3K does not replay comments received before activation. Review missed conversations manually and activate the new automation before promoting the campaign again. Understand older comment handling.
Review the first active day
Watch automation activity, usage, and connection readiness. A configured delay or waiting collection step can explain later delivery; an error needs investigation. Do not assume every late message is a normal queue delay.
If something does not fire
Review the old subscription separately
Disconnecting Instagram does not necessarily cancel billing with another provider. After your AP3K automations work, review the old provider’s subscription and retention options. Export any records you need before deleting an account. Do not delete a shared workspace without coordinating with its other users.
Keep your campaign record
Keep the approved trigger, response text, destination links, and testing notes. They make future changes easier to verify.
