AP3K connects to Instagram’s official messaging and comment APIs. The required access is available for Instagram Business and Creator accounts, not personal accounts.
Automation runs through the API
AP3K receives eligible interactions and sends configured replies through Meta’s API. It does not log in as you to click around the Instagram app, and you do not give AP3K your Instagram password.
Business or Creator
Either professional account type can be used for AP3K’s Instagram connection. Choose the type that fits your work in Instagram’s account settings. Keep the account professional after connecting so it retains the required eligibility.
Switch a personal account
Use Instagram’s account settings to switch to a professional account, then return to AP3K and connect it. Review the settings Instagram presents during the change, including public profile and messaging settings.
A Facebook Page is not required
AP3K’s current direct Instagram Login flow does not require a Facebook Page. Legacy Facebook-based connections are a separate case. Read about Page requirements.

Account type is only one requirement. Check message access, granted permissions, and the exact error. Fix messaging eligibility errors.
