The Automations list
Find the flow in Automations and check whether it is active. Open its analytics to review Hits and Clicks, daily activity and available click-country data. Select the intended Instagram account before comparing results.
Account performance
The Instagram account performance view provides account-level context. Its totals are broader than a single flow, so use the automation’s own analytics when evaluating one campaign.
Reading the result
- Few hits: confirm the selected post and keyword match what people actually send.
- Hits but few clicks: verify delivery, then review the DM, link destination and call to action.
- A branch appears unused: test its condition and confirm the required contact data exists.
A draft has not sent live messages. Pausing an automation stops new processing; it does not erase historical results.
Compare one change at a time
Change a message, trigger or link individually so you can judge its effect. AP3K does not provide the source documentation’s per-node conversion counters or payment-success analytics. Use live test conversations to inspect individual branches.
