AP3K connects Instagram Business and Creator accounts through Meta's official authorization flow. You approve access on Instagram, then return to AP3K to manage automations, conversations, and leads. This article explains that connection and the checks to make before publishing.
Connect a professional Instagram account
Start with an Instagram Business or Creator account. In AP3K, choose Add Instagram account and complete the authorization screen for the account you want to manage. Review the requested permissions, then return to your dashboard.
Check connection readiness
Open the Instagram account page and check the connection status. Comment and DM access must be ready for an automation that uses both actions. If access has expired or permissions were removed, reconnect the account before testing again.
Choose an interaction that starts the conversation
Build an automation around an eligible post comment, story interaction, or incoming DM. Choose a keyword or another supported trigger, write a useful response, and review the preview. AP3K is designed for conversations started by an interaction with your account.
Review delivery and plan limits
Publishing and sending depend on your connection, plan allowance, trigger configuration, and Meta's messaging rules. A preview does not guarantee delivery. Test from another Instagram account, then check the automation activity and Inbox to confirm what happened.
Manage your account and captured information
Use Contacts to review the people who interacted with your automations. When a supported collection step captures an email or phone number, review it on the corresponding contact. Keep your messages relevant and honor requests to stop receiving them.
