Use the Instagram Inbox

Read conversations, search contacts, and send a manual reply from the connected account.

Step by step

  1. Open Inbox and choose a conversation.
  2. Search by Instagram username when needed.
  3. Use Refresh if a new message has not appeared yet.
  4. Manual replies require a healthy Instagram connection and are subject to Meta messaging rules.

Continue a conversation in Inbox

Search conversations, select a person in the chat list, and read the thread before replying. The selected conversation shows its source and previous messages. Write in the reply box and choose Send; Enter sends and Shift + Enter starts a new line. Use Refresh if recent activity is missing.

Manual replies depend on the Instagram connection and messaging eligibility. A contact entry alone does not guarantee that you can send a message.
