Contacts and leads

Contacts records the Instagram people who interact with your connected automations.

Step by step

  1. Open Contacts to search people captured by AP3K. Use Last interacted on, Created on, Email and Phone filters.
  2. Pro and Business can collect email and phone in supported automations and export filtered Contacts using Download CSV. Both fields update the same contact.
  3. A lead is counted when an eligible automation captures the interaction defined by the flow.
  4. A captured contact is not a confirmed sale. Use your store or booking system to verify purchases and bookings.
  5. Open an Inbox conversation to review message context and reply manually.
  6. Use automation analytics to compare comments, public replies, DMs, and leads.

Find people in Contacts

Open Contacts and search by Instagram username. Filter by Last interacted on, Created on, Email or Phone. Pro and Business can use Download CSV to export the matching contacts. Open chat, when available, continues in Inbox. A contact is not proof of a sale; the example search hides personal contact details.
