Contacts and leads

Contacts records the Instagram people who interact with your connected automations.

Step by step

  1. Open Contacts to search people captured by AP3K.
  2. A lead is counted when an eligible automation captures the interaction defined by the flow.
  3. A captured contact is not a confirmed sale. Use your store or booking system to verify purchases and bookings.
  4. Open an Inbox conversation to review message context and reply manually.
  5. Use automation analytics to compare comments, public replies, DMs, and leads.

Find people in Contacts

Open Contacts and search by Instagram username. The Source column helps distinguish comment interactions from manual conversations. Choose Open chat when it is available to continue in Inbox. A Lead captured label records the interaction; it does not mean a manual conversation is available or a sale is complete.

Search contacts by Instagram username. Open chat is available when a conversation exists; Lead captured is a different state.
