Send a Restaurant Menu Through Instagram Comment Automation

A MENU request usually signals an immediate practical need: what is available, where, and at what price? Deliver a readable current menu instead of sending the person to a homepage that hides those details.

The comment starts the request; your trigger and actions determine which response AP3K sends.

Use the correct location and service menu

A restaurant group may have different menus by location, meal period, or delivery channel. Name the relevant one in the post and DM. Do not send a lunch request to a dinner-only menu without explaining the distinction.

Keep the destination maintained by the person responsible for menu changes. A stable webpage is useful when prices and dishes change frequently. If you use a PDF, verify that old cached or shared links do not lead to an obsolete version.

Make the request useful without overloading it

Use a caption such as Comment MENU for our current lunch menu at the city-center location. The final DM can name that location and provide View lunch menu. A separate reservation link is useful only if the message makes the difference between reading and booking clear.

Do not imply that a comment reserves a table, places an order, or confirms an allergy accommodation. Those tasks require the restaurant's actual booking, ordering, or staff-review process.

Test readability and important information

Open the menu on a phone without pinching through an image of tiny text. Check whether prices, availability notes, and contact details can be read easily. Where possible, publish menu text as HTML rather than only a photograph.

Keep changing opening hours and service conditions on a maintained destination. For allergy or ingredient questions, direct the person to staff who can confirm the current information instead of relying on a generic automated assurance.

  • Location and meal period are clear.
  • The menu is current and readable on mobile.
  • Booking and ordering actions are labeled separately.
  • A contact route exists for questions the menu cannot safely answer.

Review seasonal campaigns before they expire

A holiday menu needs an end date and an owner who retires its promotion. If an old Reel still invites MENU comments, decide whether it should receive the current menu with an explanation or whether its instruction should be updated.

Use completed reservations or orders from the appropriate system when evaluating business results. Menu-page visits indicate interest, while sent DMs indicate delivery activity. Neither is automatically a paying diner.
