Define Acceptance Criteria for a ManyChat Alternative Pilot
A pilot should end with a decision supported by observable results. Without acceptance criteria, a team can mistake a polished interface for a successful migration. Define what the replacement must do for the customer and for the people operating it.

The decision to make
Use criteria covering correct targeting, accurate message content, working destinations and understandable activity. Include operational effort and the ability to stop or change a campaign. Keep optional features separate from essential requirements.
A practical workflow
- 1Step 1Choose a representative low-risk flow.
- 2Step 2Write pass and fail conditions before testing.
- 3Step 3Record the evidence and unresolved issues.
Worked example
A resource-delivery pilot passes when the intended new comment triggers the expected message and working link, unrelated comments do not qualify, and the operator can inspect the outcome.
What to avoid
Do not call a pilot complete after testing only the positive path. Include an unrelated comment and a scenario requiring human attention.
Where AP3K fits
AP3K may fit a focused Instagram workflow, but this guide does not claim complete ManyChat feature parity, an automatic flow importer or a native historical-data transfer. Review each required trigger, action and channel independently. Rebuild only supported behavior, keep approved message copy under your control and avoid leaving overlapping responders active during cutover. Current vendor capabilities and plan details should be verified as part of the decision.
How to judge the result
Review which requirements passed, failed or remain unknown. Move to broader rollout only when critical uncertainties are resolved.
- Every important old workflow has a tested replacement or documented gap.
- The cutover avoids duplicate responders for the same interaction.
- The team can pause the new campaign and follow a known recovery plan.
