Train Your Team on the New Instagram Workflow
A technically successful migration can still fail operationally if teammates do not know where to check activity or pause a campaign. Training should cover the tasks people perform daily, not a tour of every screen. Use the team's actual workflows as examples.

The decision to make
Give each role a short task list: launch, review, support and maintain. Explain product terminology that changed between tools. Confirm who can authorize edits to offers and who handles connection issues.
A practical workflow
- 1Step 1Demonstrate one complete campaign lifecycle.
- 2Step 2Have a teammate repeat the key tasks independently.
- 3Step 3Document escalation routes and ownership.
Worked example
Ask an operator to identify the active account, locate a campaign's activity and explain how to pause it. Their ability to complete the task reveals more than attendance at a training call.
What to avoid
Do not share owner-level access merely to simplify training. Use the access model actually available and authorized for the team.
Where AP3K fits
AP3K may fit a focused Instagram workflow, but this guide does not claim complete ManyChat feature parity, an automatic flow importer or a native historical-data transfer. Review each required trigger, action and channel independently. Rebuild only supported behavior, keep approved message copy under your control and avoid leaving overlapping responders active during cutover. Current vendor capabilities and plan details should be verified as part of the decision.
How to judge the result
Track repeated operational questions after launch. Improve the task guide where people consistently become stuck.
- Every important old workflow has a tested replacement or documented gap.
- The cutover avoids duplicate responders for the same interaction.
- The team can pause the new campaign and follow a known recovery plan.
