Check Time Zones Before an Instagram Campaign Launch
Scheduling mistakes often come from two correct clocks set to different zones. The content planner uses a local time, a teammate reads another zone, and the person checking the DM campaign arrives an hour late. A written time convention makes the handoff predictable.

The decision to make
Keep the audience-facing event time separate from the internal publishing timestamp. Include a zone name and date in the launch sheet, then confirm how the scheduling interface displays it. Around clock changes, verify the actual scheduled timestamp rather than copying last week's setting.
A practical workflow
- 1Step 1Write the intended local date and zone in the campaign brief.
- 2Step 2Have a second person compare the scheduler's displayed time with that brief.
- 3Step 3Set the automation launch check around the confirmed publication and inspect the live post.
Worked example
A Paris webinar promotion managed from Casablanca should list the webinar's audience time and the team's publishing time separately. The DM destination should repeat the audience time clearly.
What to avoid
Do not assume that a team's working time zone is the scheduler's zone, or that an old offset remains correct throughout the year.
Where AP3K fits
Publishing and responding are separate jobs. Use Instagram's available publishing tools or a suitable scheduler for the post; AP3K handles supported interaction and reply workflows after the content is live. For a post-specific campaign, confirm the actual media is available, select it and test a new eligible comment after activation. This guide does not describe a native AP3K publishing scheduler or promise automatic attachment to a future post.
How to judge the result
Log timing incidents and missed launch checks. If clicks arrive but bookings do not, also inspect the time shown on the booking page before changing message copy.
- The publishing owner and reply-campaign owner know their responsibilities.
- The live caption, configured keyword and destination make the same promise.
- A new test comment produces the expected response on the intended account.
