Build an Approval Workflow for Scheduled Instagram Offers

Use one approval packet: creative, final caption, public reply, private message, button label and destination. Approval should mean these pieces agree. A reviewer does not need access to every account to check the packet, but the launch owner must verify the production configuration.

Avoid approvals that cover only aesthetics. A polished image cannot compensate for a button that opens an outdated product page.

Publishing and responding are separate jobs.
