Prepare Instagram Leads for a Better Consultation
A booked call can still be unproductive if the person does not know its purpose or what information to bring. A preparation page helps both sides use the appointment well. Deliver it through the actual booking process rather than assuming a DM send equals a reservation.

The decision to make
Explain the call's scope, participants and useful materials. Keep preparation proportional to the meeting. Do not request sensitive account access or passwords as routine pre-call homework.
A practical workflow
- 1Step 1Clarify what the consultation will and will not cover.
- 2Step 2List a few useful facts the person can prepare.
- 3Step 3Show how to change or cancel the appointment through the booking system.
Worked example
For an automation consultation, ask the person to identify one post and the outcome they want from it. A concrete example is more useful than a broad request to “prepare your strategy.”
What to avoid
Do not promise a full implementation during an introductory conversation unless that service is explicitly included.
Where AP3K fits
Deliver the item promised in the Instagram post before adding unrelated friction. AP3K can respond to an eligible comment with a configured public reply, DM or both, and keep the interaction visible for follow-up. Further qualification can happen through the supported inbox workflow or your own destination form. Do not describe an unimplemented CRM, branching questionnaire or off-site conversion integration as a native feature.
How to judge the result
Review attendance, fit and whether the conversation produced an agreed next step. More bookings alone do not establish better lead quality.
- The first response fulfills the original request.
- Qualification questions support a real next decision.
- The team distinguishes a recorded contact from a qualified opportunity.
