Deliver Workshop Details Without Creating Booking Confusion
Workshop posts need accurate dates, location, capacity and registration instructions. A DM can make those details easier to find, but it must not imply a seat is reserved merely because a person commented. Keep the registration system as the source of confirmed attendance.

The decision to make
Use a current event page that clearly states availability and completion steps. The DM should name the workshop and direct the person there. If the event sells out or changes, update the destination and campaign together.
A practical workflow
- 1Step 1Prepare a maintained event-information page.
- 2Step 2Send the exact registration destination after the relevant request.
- 3Step 3Check the route again when capacity or dates change.
Worked example
A ceramics workshop can use DETAILS to deliver the event page. The message should say “View dates and register,” not “Your place is confirmed.”
What to avoid
Do not use static copy to promise remaining seats. Avoid leaving an active campaign pointing at an expired registration form.
Where AP3K fits
Use a clear caption request, a matching trigger and a destination that fulfills the offer. AP3K can deliver a configured link through a supported DM workflow; the linked booking, checkout, inventory or application system remains responsible for its own records. A sent message is not a confirmed appointment or purchase. Keep business-specific claims current and test the destination in Instagram's in-app browser before promotion.
How to judge the result
Track completed registrations and questions caused by unclear instructions. Separate requested information from confirmed attendance.
- The resource is relevant to the post and available as described.
- A named person maintains the destination and handles exceptions.
- Final bookings or purchases are verified in their actual system.
