Invite Instagram Commenters to a Useful Feedback Survey

A survey request should explain what you want to learn and what the participant will do. Use a comment-triggered DM to deliver the survey link, not to imply that every follower has agreed to participate in research or marketing.

The comment starts the request; your trigger and actions determine which response AP3K sends.

Ask a question that will change a decision

Start with a practical decision such as which tutorial is hardest to follow or which setup step is unclear. A short survey about one decision is easier to act on than a broad form asking people to rate everything about your business.

Write questions that allow disagreement and uncertainty. Do not frame every answer as confirmation that your product is excellent. If you want honest feedback, the form must make it easy to report a problem or say the offer is not relevant.

Explain the participation request

A caption could say: Comment FEEDBACK for a short survey about the tutorial's setup steps. Estimate completion time only after testing the form. If you offer an incentive, describe its real conditions and administration on the destination.

The DM should identify the survey's purpose and use Open feedback survey. Do not present the survey as a required step for an unrelated resource that was already promised. Keep voluntary feedback separate from resource access unless that relationship was clearly disclosed.

Check the form's data and mobile behavior

Use your survey platform's actual privacy and contact settings. If you promise anonymity, verify that claim against what the form collects and how it is configured. Do not call a form anonymous while requiring identifiable account details.

Keep marketing signup separate from feedback submission. Test required fields, error messages, and the confirmation page on a phone. The person should understand when the survey is complete and whether any further action is necessary.

  • Purpose and expected effort are clear.
  • Questions permit negative and neutral responses.
  • Data collection matches the explanation.
  • The form is usable without desktop-only controls.

Interpret the sample honestly

People who comment to request a survey are a self-selected group. Their responses can reveal useful problems, but they are not automatically representative of every follower or customer. Avoid turning a small voluntary sample into a sweeping market claim.

Record the decision you made from the feedback and close the loop with an appropriate public update when useful. AP3K delivers the survey invitation; analysis and participant-data handling remain part of your research process.
