Deleting your AP3K account permanently removes your account and associated workspace data. Review what you need to keep before confirming.
Before you delete
- Save any campaign text and records you need. Paid plans support lead export.
- Account deletion is different from removing one connected Instagram account. Use that account’s connection settings if you only want to disconnect Instagram.
- Active Stripe subscriptions are canceled immediately during account deletion. Previous payments are not automatically refunded.
Delete your account
- Abrir Definições in your AP3K workspace.
- Escolher Eliminar conta permanentemente.
- Read the confirmation explaining which records will be removed.
- Tipo DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm deletion.
What is removed
The confirmation covers campaigns, connected Instagram accounts, leads, activity, the AP3K billing profile, and the sign-in account. This action cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for information about data handling.
